Question by Melissa T: What medications cause hair loss in women?
My hair seems to be falling out a lot more than usual, does anyone no specific medications that cause this? I’m on anti depressants, sleeping pills, pain pills, Often take Steroids, for inflammation in my back.

Question by Angeleyes: Nutri-Ox hair loss treatment kit does it cause some hair loss in the beginning due to cleaning out hair pores.?
I have experience some hair loss and read good reviews on nutri-ox hair loss treatment. Tried the shampoo for first time had some hair come out that worried me. Read some where this might happen due to clogged pores that the nutri ox shampoo cleans out. Please advise I have been researching on line every where and can not find the information I need.

Because my mom always says to not shampoo my hair everyday as it would cause hair loss,I would always push her remarks to the side. But now I notice that my hair on the front is abit thinner and I can see the scalp way too obvious. I’m scared,if its true, then what should I do??? I shampooed everyday using Loreal Elseve Ultra Smooth shampoo,is it bad to shampoo everyday with this shampoo? Help!

Question by Name: Can not drinking enough water cause hair thinning and hair loss?
My hair has been thinning, and I’ve been losing a decent amount of hair. I don’t chemically treat my hair or anything like that, and I take multivitamins, but I only drink about one, and at the most two glasses of water per day. Sometimes I don’t drink water at all. Could that be a problem?

I’m not sure if there’s a direct correlation, but I do know that drinking two or fewer glasses of water a day is definitely not healthy enough. Water makes up 80% of our bodies, and it’s really important that you stay hydrated. So yes, that could well be a reason for why you’re losing hair. Another reason can be sleep loss, but you only mentioned water, so I’d be drinking at least five glasses a day. I hope that helped

I read rumours that hair loss is a sideaffect of taking Creatine. Can anyone confirm or deny this please? Thanks in advance.

nope.. i would find that very very unlikely… do not see how it could do that…

and u cycle creatine on and off.. so once u hit 6 – 7 weeks u get off for a break… atleast1 month

one thing that can make u lose your hair is steroids…
